The Collect tax agency required a look that resembled their business, something classy, elegant, and financially themed. The colors and typography needed to be fun without distracting, as the business was serious, yet being a locally run agency meant needing to appeal to consumers in a friendly way. Several iterations of the branding were tried out, and ended in a version with a focus on typography, and a clean line going through the C of “collect” to allude to the symbology of a coin, or change.
